How it opens
I have watched this happen enough times to name it. A team gets busy, someone says we need another person, and the next thing that gets written is a job advert. Responsibilities, requirements, nice to haves. Three years of experience with something. The advert goes out, forty CVs come back, and now the whole process is about comparing forty documents that were written to survive exactly this process.
That is page one, unedited. The remaining 6 sections carry the thresholds, the tables and the fixes.
Where this came from
Not theory and not a summary of someone else's blog post. Every checklist here came out of an account I actually run, and the thresholds are the ones I use on a Monday morning.
